I started attending Seacoast Strength & Conditioning nine months after having my first child. I had done a lot of yoga, running and pilates in the past, but wanted to focus on improving my strength. The community is amazing and supportive. Josh and his team are wonderful at working with each client on their individual goals and building a custom workout program to achieve them. I was able to continue to working out throughout my second pregnancy as the coaches modified my program accordingly. Overall I feel my strength and endurance has improved significantly since joining Seacoast Strength & Conditioning. I highly recommend!
I joined Seacoast Strength because I was missing accountability and motivation in the past gyms I was at. Josh and his team are wonderful at pushing their clients and setting them up to continue to progress. I have been here for just over a year and this was the best move I have made. I joined a year ago with some small goals to lose some weight after my babies. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, lost inches, and feel amazing. Josh and his team work with everyone on their specific goals and meet everyone at their fitness level. The positive community atmosphere keeps me coming back, and looking forward to my workouts. Truly a place for all ages and abilities. Can’t reccomend this gym highly enough!
I have been a member at SSC for about 6 months now. It is by far the best experience I have had training in a gym. For one, there are no mirrors! Yea! Secondly it is a small, friendly and supportive community. There are always many different fitness levels at each session, which I believe makes everyone more comfortable. SSC provides a unique training experience. You have your own personalized workout, that you complete in your own small area, within a larger gym setting with other members. They provide personal training in a group setting, making it much more affordable. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. Every workout is doable, but still challenging. I have had great results. I have lost inches and gained muscle. I feel strong! I really look forward to my workouts! SSC is a different kind of gym, in the best way. I highly recommend!!
I found Seacoast Strength while looking for a spot to build on some post-rehab work for my knee. The team has not only helped me to get past some of the lingering pain, but also built up my overall fitness levels. The programs are challenging, yet designed to help you succeed and keep getting better. Can't recommend Seacoast Strength enough!
SSC makes personal training affordable while still providing individualized programs and attention. I have been going for one month and the training has already made a huge difference in my physical and mental well being. From the initial assessment to where I am currently, I have felt supported and motivated. Josh and Ariel are top notch! It is a joy to walk in and see their welcoming faces. It's a really nice community of all ages and abilities who support each other as well. I truly can't say enough good things about SSC!
I've been a member for several years now and I feel so much stronger than when I started. All workouts are individualized and tracked by Josh, who truly knows his stuff. He is continuously adding programs, workouts, etc. to mix things up for his members. As a trainer, I find him very motivating and would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their strength, balance and mobility.

I also love the Group Workouts, their events and can’t see myself going anywhere else! I am returning to physical conditioning after a long hiatus. The staff, particularly my trainer Mike Pisani, has been completely understanding of my situation and where I am physically right now. Mike thoroughly explains every exercise and demonstrates it's correct execution. He also explains the physiological benefits that each exercise brings. He's always willing to answer my questions, always does so thoughtfully and is never condescending in his answers.
If you're new to physical training, returning to conditioning or a long-time practitioner, Seacoast Strength is a great place to find a non-judgmental and supportive environment. I couldn't recommend it more highly.
