I started attending Seacoast Strength & Conditioning nine months after having my first child. I had done a lot of yoga, running and pilates in the past, but wanted to focus on improving my strength. The community is amazing and supportive. Josh and his team are wonderful at working with each client on their individual goals and building a custom workout program to achieve them. I was able to continue to working out throughout my second pregnancy as the coaches modified my program accordingly. Overall I feel my strength and endurance has improved significantly since joining Seacoast Strength & Conditioning. I highly recommend!
I joined Seacoast Strength because I was missing accountability and motivation in the past gyms I was at. Josh and his team are wonderful at pushing their clients and setting them up to continue to progress. I have been here for just over a year and this was the best move I have made. Give them a try, you wont regret it!
I joined a year ago with some small goals to lose some weight after my babies. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, lost inches, and feel amazing. Josh and his team work with everyone on their specific goals and meet everyone at their fitness level. The positive community atmosphere keeps me coming back, and looking forward to my workouts. Truly a place for all ages and abilities. Can’t reccomend this gym highly enough!
