NEW Strength for Life Longevity Program

Exercise isn't just about looking and feel better. Its also the key to living longer and maintaining physical function for as much as your lifespan as possible.
 
Sarcopenia, age related muscle loss, begins at age 30 and increases 3-5% per decade. After 60 it accelerates to 3-5% per year!
 
Research also shows that relative improvements in muscle size and strength can be improved at any age. It's never too late.
 
That's were we come in. This program is for individuals focused on not just living longer but maintaining their physical abilities to do the things they want to do as long as possible in life. The Strength for Life Longevity Program helps individuals who may be newer to strength training and conditioning and those who are concerned with getting injured exercising on their own.
 
Registration starts (3/23) and closes (4/30). We will only be accepting 5 new members at each location for this new program.
