Marcus Cryan

Marcus is originally from Topsfield, MA and graduated from Plymouth State University with a degree in Exercise Science in 2021. While pursuing his degree, Marcus competed on the PSU Cross Country and Track and Field teams. During his senior year, he had the opportunity to work with other student-athletes through a strength and conditioning internship. Marcus is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and has experience in personal training, corporate fitness, and clinical exercise physiology. His favorite part of working in fitness is seeing people accomplish their goals and gain confidence with movement.

Outside of work he enjoys snowboarding, surfing, and hiking.

I started attending Seacoast Strength & Conditioning nine months after having my first child. I had done a lot of yoga, running and pilates in the past, but wanted to focus on improving my strength. The community is amazing and supportive. Josh and his team are wonderful at working with each client on their individual goals and building a custom workout program to achieve them. I was able to continue to working out throughout my second pregnancy as the coaches modified my program accordingly. Overall I feel my strength and endurance has improved significantly since joining Seacoast Strength & Conditioning. I highly recommend!
